Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “T&Cs”) apply to the purchase of equipment, parts, and/or software and services related to rehabilitation and physical therapy, fitness and strength training, and other related activities (each, a “Product” and collectively, the “Products”) from Core Velocity Sport Machine Trading LLC (“Core Velocity,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty (the "Warranty") is provided by Core Velocity, a company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (“Core Velocity,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), to the original purchaser ("you") of fitness training products or training equipment accessories (“Products”) from us or an authorized Core Velocity partner. This Warranty is non-transferable and may not be assigned without our express written consent. This Warranty is subject to specific terms, limitations, and exclusions, as described below.
IP and DMCA Policy
This Intellectual Property and DMCA Policy (this “Policy”) of Core Velocity, Inc. and its affiliates (“Core Velocity”, ”we”, “our”, or “us”) sets forth additional requirements, guidelines, rights and licenses with regard to our intellectual property and the intellectual property of others. This Policy applies to our licensees, developers, Members, customers and other parties that wish to use our intellectual property.
Membership Terms
These Membership Terms (the “Membership Terms”) govern your membership and access to our library of live and on-demand classes and other content on the Core Velocity Platform, unless you have a separate written agreement regarding such access and use.
End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding legal agreement between you ("End User" or "you") and Core Velocity, a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates ("Core Velocity", "we", "our" or "us"). This Agreement governs your use of the Core Velocity mobile application available for download (the "Application").
Messaging Terms
These terms and conditions govern your participation in our messaging programs (“Messaging Terms”). When providing your contact information (including but not limited to, phone number and email address), you opt-in to our messaging services and we may send you Core Velocity messages. By opting-into you agree to be bound by these Messaging Terms .
Return & Restock Policy
This Return and Restock Policy ("Return Policy") outlines the terms and conditions under which you, the original non-commercial purchaser ("End User", "you", or "your"), are entitled to a refund for Products purchased from Core Velocity ("Core Velocity", "we", "our", or "us"). This policy applies to refunds for Products and an initial Membership purchased with the Product. It does not apply to any other Memberships, including renewals, add-ons, or standalone memberships.
