PLUS WARRANTY

This Plus warranty (the "Plus Warranty") is provided by Core Velocity Sports Machine Trading, L.L.C. ("CoreV", "we", "our", or "us") to the original purchaser of fitness training products or equipment accessories ("Products"). This warranty is non-transferable and non-assignable without our prior written consent. It covers certain defects in materials, components, and workmanship for the Products, subject to limitations and exclusions as outlined below. This Plus Warranty grants you specific rights, and you may also have additional rights depending on your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to modify or amend this warranty at any time.

 

What Does This Plus Warranty Cover?

 

The Plus Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance, provided the defects are discovered and reported to us during the Warranty Period. We guarantee that the Products and their original parts are free from defects and will function in accordance with the product documentation and specifications under normal, intended use. Proof of purchase is required for warranty coverage.

 

What Is Not Covered by This Plus Warranty?

 

The Plus Warranty does not cover the following:

• Software, including embedded software, unless required by law.

• Internet connectivity issues.

• Data loss, recovery, removal, or installation costs.

• Damage caused by our termination or suspension of your account.

• Damage to your property, walls, floors, or equipment failure due to unauthorized installation or repair.

• Transportation or storage after installation.

• Defects or malfunctions resulting from failure to follow product instructions or perform required maintenance.

• Modifications, unauthorized repairs, accidents, environmental damage, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.

• Labor costs for products located outside the United Arab Emirates.

• Damage due to unauthorized installation, relocation, repair, improper assembly, or maintenance (unless performed by our authorized technician).

• Normal wear and tear.

• Products that have been resold, stolen, or not purchased directly from us or an authorized partner.

 

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?

The Warranty Period begins on the date of original delivery and lasts for the time period for each of the components as outlined below. 

 

If you experience an issue with your Product, please contact our support team as detailed below. If the defect is covered by this Plus Warranty, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. We reserve the right to substitute materials of equal quality if the original materials are unavailable, and any replacement may be new or remanufactured.

 

How to Obtain Warranty Service

 

To submit a claim under this Plus Warranty, contact the Core Velocity Support team at service@corevelocity.com or visit www.corevelocity.com/contact. You will need to provide the serial number of the Product(s) and a proof of purchase or delivery. Our support team will assist you in resolving your issue.

 

What Laws and Limitations Apply?

 

This Plus Warranty and your use of the Products are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

 

This Plus Warranty is the sole and exclusive express warranty we offer for our Products. Any implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this express warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.

The remedy described herein is the sole remedy available to you under this warranty. We will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the breach of this warranty or any other legal theory, including lost profits. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you.
