This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding legal agreement between you ("End User" or "you") and Core Velocity, a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates ("Core Velocity", "we", "our" or "us"). This Agreement governs your use of the Core Velocity mobile application available for download (the "Application").

 

By selecting "agree" or downloading the application, you 

 

1. acknowledge that you have read and understand this agreement; 

2. represent that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement under uae law; and 

3. accept this agreement and agree that you are legally bound by its terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application and delete it from your mobile device.

 

1. License Grant

 

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Core Velocity grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to:

 

1. Download, install, and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use on a single mobile device owned or controlled by you ("Mobile Device") strictly in accordance with the Application's documentation; and

 

1. Access, stream, download, and use the Content and Services (as defined in Section 5) made available through the Application, in accordance with this Agreement and the Terms of Service applicable to such Content and Services.

 

1. License Restrictions

 

You shall not:

 

1. Copy the Application except as expressly permitted by this license; 

2. Modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works or improvements of the Application; 

3. Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the Application; 

4. Remove or alter any intellectual property or proprietary rights notices from the Application; 

5. Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, or transfer the Application to any third party;

6. Use any automatic devices, processes, or means to access the Application for any purpose without prior written consent; 

7. Use the Application in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with others' use of the Application.

 

1. Reservation of Rights

 

You acknowledge that the Application is licensed, not sold, to you. Core Velocity retains all intellectual property rights to the Application. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Application, and the rights to use the Application are limited to the license granted under this Agreement.

 

1. Collection and Use of Your Information

 

By using the Application, you consent to Core Velocity’s collection, processing, and use of your personal data in accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and our Privacy Policy. We may collect information such as device identifiers, usage data, and other personal details as necessary for the functionality of the Application.

 

1. Content and Services

 

The Application may provide access to Core Velocity’s website, products, and services. Your use of these services is governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Any violation of the Terms of Service will be considered a violation of this Agreement.

 

1. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

 

1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

 

1. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) rules. The arbitration will take place in Dubai, UAE, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

 

1. You agree that any legal action or proceedings under this Agreement will be exclusively under the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.

 

1. Updates

 

Core Velocity may from time to time develop and provide updates to the Application, which may include upgrades, bug fixes, and new features. You agree that these updates shall be considered part of the Application and subject to the terms of this Agreement. You are required to promptly download and install all updates to ensure continued proper operation of the Application.

 

8. Third-Party Materials

 

The Application may display third-party content or provide links to third-party websites or services. Core Velocity is not responsible for any third-party materials, including their accuracy, legality, or compliance with applicable UAE laws. Access to third-party materials is at your own risk.

 

9. Term and Termination

 

1. This Agreement is effective when you download the Application and continues until terminated.

 

1. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the Application from your Mobile Device.

 

1. Core Velocity may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, in its sole discretion. This Agreement will automatically terminate if you breach any of its terms, including violations of our Terms of Service.

 

1. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will terminate. You must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your device.

 

10. Consumer Protection Rights

                  

1. As a consumer in the UAE, you have the right to request a refund or cancellation under applicable consumer protection laws. Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.

 

1. This Agreement does not affect your statutory consumer rights under UAE law, including those provided under UAE Federal Law No. 24 of 2006 on Consumer Protection.

 

11. Intellectual Property

 

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, associated with the Application and its content, are owned by Core Velocity or its licensors. By using the Application, you agree to respect these rights and refrain from infringing upon them.

 

12. Compliance with UAE Advertising and Media Laws

 

The Application and any content or advertisements provided through it must comply with the UAE federal laws concerning advertising regulations. Any advertising or promotional content will adhere to UAE standards for decency, legality, and ethical marketing practices.

13. Miscellaneous

 

1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Core Velocity regarding the use of the Application.

2. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of the Agreement will remain in effect. 

3. Core Velocity reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, with any changes becoming effective upon posting to our website.
