Limited Warranty

 

This Limited Warranty (the "Warranty") is provided by Core Velocity, a company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (“Core Velocity,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), to the original purchaser ("you") of fitness training products or training equipment accessories (“Products”) from us or an authorized Core Velocity partner. This Warranty is non-transferable and may not be assigned without our express written consent. This Warranty is subject to specific terms, limitations, and exclusions, as described below.

 

WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVER?

 

This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance of the Products, provided that such defects are reported to us within the specified time periods ("Warranty Period"). We warrant that the Products and their original parts are free from defects in materials and workmanship and will, under normal use, function in substantial accordance with the Product documentation and specifications. You must provide proof of purchase to claim coverage under this Warranty.

 

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY?

 

This Warranty does not cover the following:

• Commercial Use of the Products.

• Software, even if embedded in or sold with the Products (except as required by applicable law).

• Internet Connectivity and any associated service-related issues.

• Data Loss and associated costs of data recovery, removal, or installation. We do not guarantee that data loss will not occur during repair or replacement.

• Damage due to Account Termination or Suspension.

• Property Damage, including damage to your home, walls, or floor resulting from unauthorized installation or repair.

• Transportation or Storage costs incurred after installation of the Product.

• Defects due to Improper Maintenance: This includes failure to follow Product instructions or perform recommended preventative maintenance.

• Modifications, Unauthorized Repairs, or External Causes, such as accidents, abuse, environmental damage, or events beyond our control.

• Unauthorized Installation, Relocation, or Maintenance by unauthorized personnel.

• Normal Wear and Tear of the Product.

• Products Resold or Stolen, or that are believed to have been resold, stolen, or purchased from unauthorized sources.

 

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?

Labor

For the Warranty Period applicable to the covered item above

Labor cost associated with the repair or replacement of a covered item

 

If your Product experiences a defect covered by this Warranty, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the defective item. We may substitute materials of equivalent quality if identical replacements are unavailable, and replacements may be new or remanufactured.

 

HOW DO YOU OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE?

 

To obtain Warranty service, contact Core Velocity Support at https://www.corevelocity.com/contact or via email at support@oxefit.com. You will be required to provide the serial number of the Product and proof of purchase (such as the original receipt). Our support team will guide you through the process and attempt to resolve your issue.

 

APPLICABLE LAWS AND LIMITATIONS UNDER UAE LAW:

 

This Warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and its provisions shall comply with UAE consumer protection laws and regulations. In the event of a dispute, the laws of the UAE will apply, and any legal actions or proceedings shall be conducted in the UAE courts.

 

Consumer Rights under UAE Law:

 

This Warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UAE law. If you are a consumer in the UAE, you are entitled to the legal protections provided under UAE federal laws on Consumer Protection and any other relevant regulations. These include your right to request refunds, repairs, or replacements if a defect occurs within the warranty period.

 

Disclaimer of Implied Warranties and Limitation of Liability:

 

To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this express Warranty.

 

The remedy described herein is your exclusive remedy, and Core Velocity will not be responsible for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including but not limited to lost profits, arising from the breach of this Warranty or any other warranty, whether express or implied, or from negligence or other tort. However, some jurisdictions, including the UAE, may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.
