Core Velocity Sport Machine Trading L.L.C is OxeFit's distributor for the Middle East, based at Court Tower in Business Bay, Dubai. We supply AI training systems to homes and villas, gyms and PT studios, hotels and residential towers, and rehab and longevity clinics across the region.
We only sell what we can service
That's why we carry one product line in one region, with our own installation and service team — rather than a catalogue and a courier. If we can't look after it after it's in your room, we won't sell it to you.
What we do that an importer doesn't
Site Survey
& Layout
We measure your space first. Before you pay anything we check the floor area, ceiling height, power and the route in — then tell you which model fits.
Freight & Customs
We handle the freight and the customs. Shipped from the USA and cleared into the UAE by us. You never speak to a freight forwarder or a customs broker.
Deliver & Installation
We deliver and install it ourselves. Door to door, carried in by our own team, assembled in the room you chose and calibrated before we leave.
Complimentary Onboarding
We set it up with you. Complimentary onboarding: profiles, the app and your first session. For facilities, hands-on staff training and protocol on OxeLead.
Warranty Services
We service it here for three years. On-site support in the UAE for the full warranty period. Nothing is crated up and sent back overseas.
Distribution and reseller partners
We supply OxeFit across the MENA region and work with resellers and channel partners in markets we don't cover directly. If that's you, email sales@core-velocity.com and we'll send you terms.
