This Return and Restock Policy ("Return Policy") outlines the terms and conditions under which you, the original non-commercial purchaser ("End User", "you", or "your"), are entitled to a refund for Products purchased from Core Velocity ("Core Velocity", "we", "our", or "us"). This policy applies to refunds for Products and an initial Membership purchased with the Product. It does not apply to any other Memberships, including renewals, add-ons, or standalone memberships.

Core Velocity reserves the right to amend this Return Policy at any time. The Return Policy in effect at the time of your Product purchase will apply. Capitalized terms not defined in this Return Policy are defined in our Terms and Conditions of Sale or Terms of Service.

 

Eligibility for Returns

 

If the Product you purchased is not performing as specified or you are not satisfied with the Product, you may return it for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

• Notification: You must notify Core Velocity at info@core-velocity.com or through our contact page within 30 days of the Product’s delivery date.

 

• Proof of Purchase: Your notification must include proof of purchase and the delivery date, which will be verified by us.

 

Return Condition

The Product must be returned in the following condition:

 

• In good working order.

• In the original packaging with all included manuals, parts, and accessories.

 

If the Product is damaged, or if there are missing items, manuals, parts, or accessories, additional fees may apply.

 

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned Product and related items, we will issue a refund. The refund will be the original purchase price, minus:

• Return shipping costs.

• A 15% restocking fee.

• Any adjustments for missing items, damage, or other issues identified during inspection.

 

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid by check or cash, the refund will be issued via corporate check from our office.

Important Notes

• Refunds will not be issued unless we receive your notification and proof of purchase within 30 days from the delivery date.

• Returns must meet the conditions outlined above for a refund to be processed.
