OxeFit currently ships in the UAE only. Lead time for shipping typically averages 2-4 weeks from order date and may differ based upon geography. For non UAE region, please contact salesmena@oxefit.com due to fluctuating shipping costs.
When purchasing the XS1 with accessories, 12-month membership is included. At the end of this term, you may renew your current membership or discontinue membership. Your membership is activated when your XS1 device is shipped.
Each XS1 purchase comes with a 3-Year Limited Warranty.
Customers may return their OxeFit XS1 within the first 30 days upon receipt if not performing to specifications. The 30 day trial covers product refund and return expenses but OxeFit will retain return shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee. Please note that returning your XS1 may incur additional charges for abnormal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use, accidents, or missing components. To claim a refund, the product must be in working condition with no visible damage to the machine, accessories or components and will be based on an assessment carried out by OxeFit. Any damage sustained to the machine will void the full refund and the 3-Year Limited Warranty. If your machine is damaged, your refund will reflect the product price minus the cost of repairs / parts. OxeFit will ask for a minimum of 5 photos of the machine prior to the scheduled return.
